As a Business Strategy, Branding & Goal-Achieving Coach, Consultant & Trainer, I believe in continually striving to improve, and that a person is never too young or old to develop themselves and learn new skills. I also believe in positive thinking and how it can see you through any challenge or setback, no matter how large or small.
My passion is to assist you in advancing yourself & your business, improve your processes, guide you to be more motivated and to work more efficiently and productively. My motto is “Your word is your word”. And my word is my word.
I’ve been there and have likely done it, just like you have done in the past, are presently doing, or are aiming to do! I can identify with the stage & level you are at now, and will guide and assist you on how to move forward to the next stage & level in your business, career, goals and development. Having run my own service & product business for over 25 years, I understand your challenges… I also understand your excitement and desire to be even better than before!
If you’re an organization or nonprofit, as an organizational consultant, I’ve worked with nonprofits and organizations like yourselves, from the inside and the outside, to identify and solidify your mission, values and vision, and to create a workable strategy and plan to create maximum value and impact for your members, customers and followers.

For over 35 years I’ve been involved in numerous aspects of the business world – sales, branding, consulting, training & development, coaching (including real estate coaching & training), group facilitation & project management.

I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa and have been living in Israel for 35 years. I work with clients across the globe… and would love to work with you too! Shortly after moving to Israel I founded “L.A.K. Creations & Consulting”, working with clients of all sizes, both within Israel and abroad. “Build your Biz with Lesley Kaplan” is the development, consulting & coaching section within L.A.K.
My focus is on individuals and groups, business owners, organizations & companies. I assist you in moving forward, achieving results and reaching your goals via a combination of strategic planning, consulting, business coaching, training, workshops, webinars, and bonding/morale activities, on a range of business & self development topics.
I’m the Founder and Host of the Monday Motivation Spotlight Podcast, where you can join me LIVE ONLINE with a different spotlight guest every Monday for 30 minutes of Inspiration. I founded this Series during Israel’s 2023 war, to inspire, motivate and support men and women locally & worldwide, as well as to give exposure to, and boost Israeli businesses, organizations & individuals, particularly during this challenging time. Connecting others via the Networking & Professional Development Groups I founded and coordinate weekly and monthly (both in-person and online) is one of my pleasures. I founded the Israel Networking Hub for you to build relationships with other business owners, participate in events, in networking groups, and to promote your business. In these groups, we brainstorm ideas, find solutions to challenges, network, have ongoing learning on a range of business topics, support each other & ensure each member moves closer towards achieving & maintaining their goals. My company has a separate division where we manage your event, conference or project by creating branded customized products & favors, so you’ll stay top-of-mind with your clients or guests, making your gift or event one to be remembered. We have 1000s of items to fit all target markets and budgets. I’m proud to say that in over 25 years of producing branded promotional products, we’ve never missed a deadline!
I received my M.A. (Summa Cum Laude) in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (specializing in Coaching & Consulting). This followed my completion of a B.Sc. Degree & numerous other qualifications – Organizational Consulting, ODT Group Facilitation and Personnel Management.
Reading non-fiction, watching educational video-clips, listening to music and singing are my hobbies and passion. Many times I can be found humming around the house, without even being aware of it…
Yes, I’m a young savta! The best club in the world! I am proud of my wonderful children & grandchildren, and try hard to balance my time between my dear clients – many who have become friends over the years – and my growing extended family (who are all out of the house). I also find time to volunteer, despite my busy schedule. I believe one makes time for things that are important to us… And giving back is important to me!
