As a digital marketer, wife and busy mother of 3 young children, Ilana found that running was a healthy outlet to manage stress and body image. Over the last few years she transformed her passion into a business and creates running programs for others with busy schedules. In addition to working one-on-one with athletes looking to improve race times, she also works with beginning runners. Her Couch to 5k program has successfully helped many busy working mothers without any fitness background to accept the challenge of building up their fitness to being able to complete a 5k.

Rebecca Kowalsky | Event & Fine Art Photographer | Photography Workshops & Tours | Passionate Runner

As a creative event and fine art professional photographer, Rebecca turned her passion into her profession. She teaches photography workshops, & organizes photography tours around Israel. Her passion for health and running has often been documented in her photographs and videos. She combines the above with a busy and healthy family lifestyle.
