The Website serves as a site providing updates on business events, services, promotional products and insights (hereinafter: “the Products”).

- The requirement for purchasing products on the Website is being 18 years of age or older.
- The provisions of these regulations apply equally to both genders; the use of masculine language is for convenience only.
- The provisions of this regulation and the terms of use appearing on the Website define the legal relationship between the customer and the Website, the conditions for using the Website, and/or ordering products from the Website, and indicate the customer’s consent to these terms and any additional terms appearing on the Website.
- The Company may, at its sole discretion, update these regulations at any time.
- These terms apply to the use of the Website and the services included in it through any computer or other communication device (such as mobile phone, tablet, etc.). They also apply to Website use via the Internet or any other network or communication means.
- Nothing in these regulations derogates from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations enacted under it, to the extent they apply to the Website (hereinafter: “the Provisions”), except in cases where such provisions may be waived and such waiver is explicitly or implicitly made on the Website.
- The Company and Website Management make every effort to present the most complete and comprehensive information about the Product, including images. Nevertheless, it is clarified that inaccuracies, errors, or omissions may appear on the Website in good faith and without intent to mislead, and the Company, Website Management, and the Website will not bear any liability arising from such inaccuracies or errors.
- Chapter headings are provided for convenience and orientation only and shall not be used in interpreting the regulations.
- Typographical errors in product descriptions will not bind the Company.
- Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. In addition, there may be differences in appearance, color, size, etc., between the product as presented on the Website and the actual product.
- No content from the Website may be copied, used, or made available to others in any other way, including on other websites, electronic publications, printed publications, or for any other purpose.
- The date recorded in the Company’s computers shall be the definitive date for all matters.
Registration on the Website
- To order products, the customer must register on the Website using the online registration form.
- Any person, including a company, may use the Website and make purchases via the Website, provided they are legally capable of performing binding legal actions and hold a valid credit card issued by a credit card company (hereinafter: “the Customer”).
- During registration, the Customer must enter their name and email address.
- Customer details will be updated according to the information provided in the online registration form. Website Management may occasionally request additional identification details.
- Without derogating from the above, the Company may prevent any person from using the Website, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including in the following cases:
- Performing illegal acts or violating laws
- Violating these regulations
- Providing false information intentionally
- Performing actions that may harm the normal operation of the Website, suppliers, or third parties
- Credit card of the Customer is blocked or limited in any way
Purchasing Products on the Website
- Purchase is made by adding products or events to the shopping cart. The Customer then enters the following details in the online form: first name, last name, phone number, email address, and details of the delivery recipient, including full address (where relevant) and any additional information to assist delivery or registration. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
- To avoid delivery errors, the Customer must provide only accurate and correct information.
- Completing all details constitutes a precondition for processing the order efficiently.
- Customer details will be updated according to the online order form.
- Providing all required details constitutes placing an order (hereinafter: “the Order”). The Website will verify credit card details (where there is a charge), and only after authorization by the credit card company or PayPal (as applicable) will the order be confirmed. Charges will be applied via credit card, Bit, or PayPal, subject to product availability.
- Details entered in the order form constitute conclusive proof of the correctness of the transaction.
Payment
- Payment may be made via credit card, Bit, or electronic wallet services such as PayPal, or other similar services available on the Website.
- If using a credit card, the Customer provides card details, ID number, type, and validity. For PayPal, payment is collected only after PayPal authorization.
- Website Management may suspend or allow additional payment methods at its discretion.
- After entering payment details, the Customer receives an email confirming receipt of order details. This confirmation does not obligate Website Management to supply the products; it only acknowledges order receipt.
- Upon verification of payment, the order is confirmed and the Customer is charged. If the transaction is not authorized, the Customer is notified and Website Management will contact them to complete or cancel the order.
- Confirmation of purchase is subject to product availability. If the product is not available, Website Management may refund the amount paid.
Delivery & Product Supply Policy
Delivery Time
- Non-customized or customized orders will be processed within 2 (two) business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the date of payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary depending on the type of order, quantity, and shipping method chosen and destination. The Website will make every effort to deliver within 7 business day. Customized orders will be determined by the customer requirements. Deliveries take 14 business days to 1 month from approval, and payment of the order & graphics confirmation. Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
Delivery Method
- Delivery will be to the address (physical or email) provided by the Customer during the order process.
- Physical products will be supplied via a courier service/ registered mail / self-pickup – depending on the type of product ordered. This will be fully coordinated with the customer upon receipt of the inquiry or order.
- Digital products, downloads, services and events will be delivered to the customer’s email address following registration, upon receipt of the order, or payment authorization (where there is payment). Most of these are free of charge. Registration for events will automatically be delivered to the customer’s email address.
- The customer will be notified once the order has been shipped or is ready for collection.

- If delivery is impossible for any reason, Website Management will notify the Customer and seek an alternative solution.
Digital Products, Services and Events
Digital products, services and events will be delivered to the customer’s email address or via a download link automatically (immediately) after the order is received or where payment is confirmed, unless otherwise specified.
Delays
The company will make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as postal service delays, customs, or force majeure).
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are in addition to product prices and will be displayed and paid at checkout with the order.
Non-Delivery
- If the product is not received within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time, the customer must notify the company so that appropriate action can be taken.
- The Website is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure, wars, natural disasters, strikes, or any reason beyond its control.
Cancellation by the Customer
- The Customer may cancel the transaction according to the Consumer Protection Law
- Digital products purchased and used are not refundable.
- Where the physical product has already been shipped and expenses incurred by the Company, a partial refund of 70% will be returned to the Customer, following return of the product to the Company and receipt of the product (at the Customer’s expense) in it’s original packaging. Where the packaging has been opened and the product cannot be resold by the Company, returns will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
- Customized product orders already approved in writing by email by the Customer may only be cancelled if the products have not yet been printed on or the printing mold has not yet been prepared. Once pre-approved by the Customer, a partial refund on 70% will be returned to the Customer, following the Company’s approval.
- Where printing or mold expenses have already been incurred by the Company on products pre-approved in writing by email by the Customer, no refunds will be approved and the order cannot be cancelled.

- Certain items may not be canceled as per the law.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging.
- Refund requests should be discussed with the website owner.
Cancellation by the Company
- The Company may cancel or suspend any transaction, sale, or order at its discretion.
- The Customer will not be charged, or any payment will be refunded (or reassigned a new date for an event). No claims may be made against the Company beyond refund.
- If a product is out of stock, the Website may cancel the order or offer a replacement.
Product Warranty
Quality Assurance
We make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and delivered in good condition.
Warranty Period
Products are supplied “as is” unless otherwise stated.
The Company will not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of purchasing or using the service and/or product purchased on the site. The responsibility for the use of the information, services or products lies solely with the user and Customer.
Defective or Damaged Products
- In the case of a defective, faulty, or damaged product, the Customer must notify the Company within 48 hours of receipt and provide proof (such as photos). Items requiring to be returned to the Company for quality investigation will be delivered by the Customer at their cost. In the event of a defect or issue, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decide whether to repair the product, replace it, or issue a credit/refund.
- Customized products and graphics are only approved for production following receipt of the Customer’s written approval by email to proceed with the order.
- The Company does not assume responsibility for errors, defects, or inaccuracies in graphics, content, or design elements once they have been reviewed and approved in writing by email by the Customer. Following Customer approval, no refunds or credits will be provided for such errors.
- If the Customer wishes to reorder a product, they may do so at their own expense. The Company may, at its sole discretion, decide whether to provide a discount for such a replacement order.
- In the event of a defect or issue not related to approved graphics, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether to repair the product, replace it, or issue a credit.
Exclusions
- A “defective or damaged product” does not include damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
- For digital products, we do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or software versions, unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property, including patents, copyrights, designs, and trade secrets, belongs to the Company or authorized third parties.
- This includes all data on the Website, product descriptions, design, and the domain name (https://lesleykaplan.com/), and trademarks.
- No content may be copied, sold, distributed, or translated without written permission.
Liability
- The Company is not liable for any damages arising from product repair, assembly, replacement, or use of external websites.
- The Company is not responsible for damages from use or reliance on information on the Website or third-party sites.
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by actions beyond its control.

- Customer personal details will be stored securely.
- Personal information will only be shared with suppliers when necessary to complete transactions.
